Who Can Apply?
- Be a national of an ADB borrowing member country and eligible for Japanese ODA scholarships.
- Be admitted to one of the approved universities’ master’s programs.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Have at least two years of professional work experience.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Be under 35 years old (some exceptions may apply).
- Be in good health.
- Commit to returning to their home country for at least two years post-graduation to contribute to its development.
